I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for New Year’s Eve. The ambiance was lovely, and my room was spacious and quiet, contributing to a wonderful experience overall. The staff were very helpful, especially with my dietary restrictions, ensuring I had a great meal during the gala. However, there were some hiccups with billing that could have been handled better, which is why I didn't give it five stars.

I absolutely loved the spa facilities and the dining experience was quite enjoyable, but I wish the accommodations had provided a more restful night sleep.
