wonderful stay

i found the rooms spacious and the leisure facilities excellent. the pool was clean, and i saw the gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. the staff were friendly , and always happy to help with requests.
i noticed some dust on the window sills in my room , but it was a minor issue.

the hotel has a large pool, and i counted twenty loungers around the pool area. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes , and it had free weights. a sauna is available near the pool.

the breakfast buffet featured a selection of hot and cold items with several options. the restaurant offers dinner with a varied menu , and many choices are available. the bar provides a relaxed atmosphere with a wide array of drinks.

SO excited about my stay!
excellent service
I LOVED the staff. Everyone was friendly and polite. The lunch in the bar area was great, the staff was super helpful. Dinner in the restaurant featured nice food. Will gave us excellent table service, i think he IS fantastic. Breakfast had LOTS of choices, and the staff was attentive about clearing plates.
I booked a weekend getaway expecting relaxation but swingers were also there for a conference. The bar staff seemed VERY overwhelmed and the food arrived faster than drinks. I Got a 10% discount. It felt more like a pathetic apology.

The hotel is positioned conveniently near major attractions; the location allowed for quick trips. Plenty of parking spaces were available for all guests at any time, which IS nice. It made coming and going really EASY.

The room was spacious; it ensured a comfortable stay and I appreciated that. Inside I FOUND a super television with many channels and i LOVED it. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great ALL night.

The staff provided EXCELLENT service; they were always eager to help. Check-in was easy, and i think they tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Staff quickly addressed requests AND helped with questions.

excellent hotel stay

I found the hotel's appearance lovely upon arrival. the staff were all lovely. the breakfast was delicious. the pool, sauna and steam room were wonderful. i used these when there were no kid's lessons scheduled. I am grateful for the quiet time.
i paid for the tower suite, but on arrival they had given it to someone else. they seemingly fobbed me off and gave me a king room. no one contacted me to explain why my special treat had been given away or to apologise.

the pool had a very good length. the temperature was warm. my room included everything i needed. the room was also a good size.
i stayed there with friends in multiple rooms. everyone complained about lack of hot water during showering. one couple had no hot water at all. shambolic is all i can say about the breakfast set up.

the staff swiftly addressed a slight initial room discrepancy, our satisfaction. restaurant and room service personnel were notably attentive. the spacious, very clean rooms featured large tvs. i liked the comfortable pillows. i appreciated the dedicated children/family swim times offered twice daily.
during our stay, the room service food quality was inconsistent. one order arrived lukewarm, lacking the expected flavour. it was a minor point amid an otherwise positive experience.

the room was spacious and quite clean, which i appreciated.
The cleanliness was not consistent. I found that the windows were noticeably dirty. it detracted from what would have otherwise been a more pleasant experience. Some attention to detail would make a big difference here. also, the air conditioning in the room didn't seem very effective

The leisure facilities was great. i found the swimming pool to be huge. Breakfast was freshly cooked and with a amazing selection.
there was no fridge in my room. I only had one towel between two people. Treatment should have been for 50 mins but i only received 35 min.
